Jim Madden

Jim Madden serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Genpact and has been a member of the board since 2005.

Jim is a co-founder and managing director of Carrick Capital Partners, where he directly oversees the sourcing and growth of successful companies in technology-enabled services and software-as-a-service (SaaS) businesses.

Prior to his current role, Jim was a general partner with private equity firm Accretive, LLC from 2007 until 2011.

Before joining Accretive, Jim served as a special advisor to General Atlantic LLC. In 1998 he founded Exult, Inc., and served as chairman and chief executive officer before its merger into Hewitt in 2004.

Jim earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance and a bachelor’s degree in geology, both from Southern Methodist University. He also attended the Webb Institute of Naval Architecture.
