Cece Morken

CeCe Morken is the former President of Headspace Health and was the Chief Executive Officer of Headspace Inc. before its merger with Ginger, which formed Headspace Health. She was appointed to the Genpact board of directors in 2016.

As an accomplished business leader, she brings deep expertise in a broad range of technology and financial services businesses to the Genpact board. She is also a recognized pioneer in applying design-thinking methodologies to digital technology products and solutions to solve business challenges.

CeCe previously served as executive vice president and general manager of the Strategic Partner Group at Intuit Inc. Before that, she served as general manager of Intuit’s ProTax Group, where she led the team responsible for working directly with accountants who use Proseries, Lacerte, Intuit Tax Online, Canada ProTax, and related solutions to prepare clients' taxes. Before taking this position in 2013, she led the Intuit Financial Services Division, which provided digital banking solutions for banks and credit unions.

Prior to joining Intuit in 2002, CeCe was responsible for sales of all products and professional services at WebTone Technologies. She also served as senior vice president for retail lending at Fortis Investments, and spent 15 years in a variety of positions with John H. Hartland Co.

In addition to Genpact’s board, CeCe also serves on the boards of directors of Alteryx, Inc. and Wells Fargo & Company.

CeCe is a graduate of North Dakota State University, where she majored in economics and business administration. She has served since 2016 on the advisory board of the College of Business at NDSU. She also attended the University of Chicago Booth's executive development program.
